What we collect: contact details you provide via the booking tool, forms or email; anonymised site analytics (consent-based, see cookie banner); the email address you provide to receive the Red Flags memo.
Why: to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct confidential consultations, deliver requested publications, and — only with your opt-in — send occasional notes.
Legal bases: consent (memo delivery, notes, analytics), legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps (responding to enquiries).
Retention: correspondence and scheduling data for the duration of the relationship plus legal retention periods; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Processors: Squarespace (hosting, forms, analytics), the scheduling provider, the email provider.
Data may be processed outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
