Co-founderMichael Van Impe brings more than 25 years of experience advising CEOs, boards and executive teams on leadership assessment, transformation and team effectiveness. He has held senior roles at Russell Reynolds Associates, Korn Ferry, Pivot Leadership, PwC and the Center for Creative Leadership, where he launched the professional services arm in EMEA.
His work spans Europe, the United States, Russia, Turkey and China. Before advisory, Michael held operating roles in sales operations, customer care, M&A and corporate finance. He has also served as a non executive director, statutory director and audit committee member in the telecom sector.

Marie Zaiti combines a background in law and real estate asset management with over 15 years advising CEOs, business unit leaders and executive teams. Her work focuses on leadership transitions, strategic shifts, restructuring and the moments when alignment at the top becomes critical to execution.
Her experience spans Europe, Asia and the Americas. She has conducted hundreds of hours of interviews and facilitated more than 500 workshops, helping senior teams surface hidden tensions, clarify roles and decision rights, and restore alignment around execution. Her legal and asset-management background brings a structured, commercially grounded perspective to leadership dynamics.
At Veraxis, Marie identifies the team dynamics, organisational blind spots and structural risks that could affect whether the leadership team can deliver the value creation plan.
